How to create basic website using Adobe Dreamweaver:
I will show you the basics, but you don't have to follow my design, you can create your own.
Firstly open up Dreamweaver, once loaded it will come up with this page. By double clicking HTML, it will make your blank web page and from there we can start creating.
When it has loaded up it will come up looking like this: From here you can start designing your webpages.
By clicking on page properties it allow you to change the background colour, text colour, text font and text colour.

After clicking on it, it should load up this, and from there you can change the page properties I will choose my design, but you can design it how you wish. When you have finished the properties, click 'ok' to confirm your changes. And it will automatically go back to the webpage.
TIP: Be sure to regularly save your work, so if there is a computer malfunction you will not loose all your work (Clicking Ctrl and S will allow you to do it much faster)
To create links on your website you will need to open a new HTML file and save the one you have been working on. Write down what you want it to say and then highlight the wording. Go to the file symbol where the arrow is pointing to. click on it and click on the new file you have just created. By doing this it will link the two pages together. By clicking F5 you can preview your website on the internet.
I will now show you how to create a rollover image (mouse hovers over image). You can either make your own image or get one from the internet. First get the image you wan
t to look like before it's a roller-over one. And then change it how you want it to look whenroll-overed. Save the two images.
Open up the original image in Dreamweaver, click on the image and go to insert - image objects and rollover image. Click on roll over image, it should then open this up. Find your two images in your files, when complted click ok.Click F5 and view your rollover image.
It is important to regularly check how your website would look on the internet. By clicking F5 will allow you to do this.
